At the end of this course, students should be able to:

1. Identify the concepts of developing a teaching and learning website or portal.
2. Identify the instructional design model for web development.
3. Acquire the technology related to web development sufficiently.
4. Develop a website or educational portal for the purpose of teaching and learning.
5. Conduct an evaluation process towards the produced website or portal.
6. Upload and update the website on the server.
